Lately I’ve been unusually aware of how much mental and emotional space is taken up by mind clutter, and how much it saps my motivation and creative energy.
Balance is often thought of as moderation, being neither too much of this nor too much of that. In this sense, balance is wise. Balance is safe. Balance keeps us even. What if, however, that’s not the kind of balance I now need?
